Judges Critique 

MINOR PUPPY DOG Gillabar Tomnavoulin (Mesdames A.Gill & H. Cook) 81/2 month dark slate in good coat for age.Everything in the right place but was not happy. Movement showed potential once settled. Sevarna Cobolight(Mr. & Mrs. A.G. Kinsey) Brown, just 61/2 months very raw but again everything in the right place

PUPPY DOG Blenmerrow Dream Maker of Sammara(Mr.& Mrs. O'Brien) 11/12month slate in good coat. Strong head with kindly expression. Nice Dark eye and pigment. Good reach of neck onto well laid shoulders. Correct rib to loin ratio. Positive movement. B.P. Talraz Royal Recruit (Miss S. Fongueuse) Another 11/12 month slate, well made throughout. Lovely outline on the stand which he held on the move.

JUNIOR DOG Otterswish O'Connor (Mrs. C. Hardy) Well coated 15 1/2 with strong head, good eye and pigment. Good reach of neck onto well placed shoulders. Deep well sprung ribs with appropriate loin ratio. Strong, well angulated rear and low hocks. producing balanced, positive movement. RCC. Runival Loch Don (Mrs. D. Barley)In his underwear compared to 1. and of lighter frame. Well put together for and aft. lovely to watch on the move. Two whose future I will follow with interest.

SPECIAL YEARLING DOG Romalia Rebellion (Mr. & Mrs. Fletcher) Dark slate, strong head with good eye and pigment. Well made fore and aft. moved positively. Breaksea Gothic Revival (Mrs. G. Burfitt & Dr. J. LeRoy) Brown, in change of coat at the present. Strong head with good pigment. Well angulated at both ends. Would prefer more animation on the move.

GRADUATE DOG Arranbrae Gift Wrapped (Mr. & Mrs. Delaney) Quality, well balanced lad, who is maturing nicely. Strong head with good eye and pigment. Good reach of neck. Well angulated front are rear. Lovely outline one I will watch with interest. Catsun Wraine Maker (Mrs. M.J. Crowther) Not as mature as one. Pleasing head and eye. Well angulated for and aft. needs to settle on the move.

POST GRADUATE DOG Hamble Huckleberry (Mr. J. Garrity & Miss E. Tibbetts) Young Man who is maturing nicely. One who Doesn't always give his all but today looked a picture both on the move and standing. Strong head with correct eye and pigment. Well arched neck onto well placed shoulders. Correct rib to loin ratio and strong, well angulated rear. Good coat, beautifully presented. I think the excitement of the day hampered both dog and handler in the challenge. Ramberhay Rosenkavalier at Mellotron (Mr.& Mrs. Furzland) Very dark brown who is taking his time to mature. Strong, square head with dark eye and pigment. Adequate reach of neck with good lay of shoulder. Deep well sprung ribs with excellent loin ratio. Strong hindquarters with correct angle of croup. Strong, positive movement.

LIMIT DOG Colliela Roin (Marshall & Burnett) This young man has developed into a sound well balanced dog. Lovely reach of neck onto well laid shoulders. Deep well sprung ribs and strong hindquarters covered by harsh, well fitting coat. Excellent for and aft movement. Chanderly Magic Sensation for Razkal (Mrs. C. Ryan) Not so mature as 1, but has plenty of time. Another well made, balanced dog which was portrayed in his positive movement.

OPEN DOG Caramac Crown Prince (Mrs. A.C. Richardson) Strong, Beautifully balanced brown, with good head, eye and pigment, giving a kindly expression. Good reach of neck onto well placed shoulders. Deep, well sprung ribs with correct loin ratio. Well angulated rear with adequate bend of stifle and low hocks. Good textured coat covered a lovely outline. Once settled, he made the most of himself in the sizeable ring and extended beautifully on the move. DCC and BOB. Camberwick Song of Solomon (Another strongly made boy pleasing headpiece well angulated for and aft. Harsh, textured coat. needs to be more controlled on the move.

MINOR PUPPY BITCH Bethlyntee Summer Beauty naf taf (Mr. I. Richardson) Very raw but could not be denighed her placing. Everything in the right place and was out to enjoy her day. Balanced puppy I hope her Handler can retain such sparkle and animation. Gallus Drop Dead Gorgeous (Mrs. A.M. Paterson) Dark slate with beautiful head and expression. Good reach of neck onto well laid shoulders. Level topline with well sprung ribs. Good quality coat. moved and handled well.

PUPPY BITCH Moonhills Such Delight (Ms. M. Whyard) Young lady who lives up to her name. 10/12 with good strong coat for age. Pleasing head with sweetest of expressions. Well balanced for and aft with good turn of stifle and low hocks. one I will watch in the future. Bamburger Stars in Her Eyes (Mrs. J.D. Housden) Another well made young lady. Changing coats at present but has everything necessary for a bright future.

JUNIOR BITCH Otterswish Bernadette (Mrs. C. Hardy) Litter sister to Dog RCC winner. Again in good coat for age. Nicely proportioned. Well angled front and rear. Not Quite so positive on the move as her brother. Custom Maid for Brenriga (Mr.& Mrs. Nunley) Slighter built bitch, who is inbetween coats at present. Feminine head and expression. Well angulated back and front with well sprung ribs. moved positively.

SPECIAL YEARLING BITCH Potterdale Just Daisy (Goodyer & Gibson) Feminine head with pleasing expression. Good reach of neck onto well laid shoulders. Needs to settle to make the best of herself on the move. Darkwater Devil May Care (Mr.& Mrs. Cant) Dark brown, in between coats at present. Nice head and expression well made for and aft. Moved positively.

GRADUATE BITCH Breaksea Imagine (Mesdames Mangnall & Burfitt) Dark slate with most pleasing head and expression. Beautifully balanced. Good reach of neck, Deep chest with well sprung ribs. Strong rear with correctly angled croup. Covered the ground effortlessly and went from strength to strength in the challenge. BCC. Claudalla Polly Toddle (Mr. & Mrs. Harkin) Another well made young lady who tends to throw her chances away. Well angulated for and aft. quality coat, fitting nicely over body. Moved with drive.

POST GRADUATE BITCH Talraz Paddys Pride for Lykath (Mr. & Mrs. Jay) Feminine head with sweet expression. Well laid shoulders. Level topline. Adequate hind angulation. Needs more animation on the move. Byonyhill Fondant Fancy at Fragglestone (Brooks & Grundy) Pleasing head and expression. Level topline. Good depth of chest covered by strong, quality coat. Worked well with her handler.

LIMIT BITCH Potterdale Birthday Belle of Runival (Mrs. D. Barley) This young lady exuded sparkle as she entered the ring. Expressive dark eye and strong pigment. Lovely reach of neck onto well angulated shoulders. Good depth and spring of rib with appropriate loin ratio. Strong hindquarters finished the balanced picture both on the move and standing. RCC. Atherleigh Airs N Graces (Mr.& Mrs. O'Connell) Brown with super outline. Well made and pushed 1 hard. Good textured coat. Moved positively.

OPEN BITCH Natterjacks Just Perfect For Diotima (Mr.&Mrs. Appleby) Dark slate bitch with feminine head and expression. Everything in the right place but not overdone. Good reach of neck on to well laid shoulders. Well ribbed and angulated. Moved freely in her class but seemed to lose the momentum in the challenge. Ch.Breaksea Ebony and Ivory (Mesdames Mangnall & Burfitt) Another lovely shaped bitch who pulled out the stops today. Well made throughout in good, harsh textured coat. Again balance for and aft led to her ease of movement.
