To cater for those starting out on their judging careers AND those who are looking to progress onto A3 lists

The day will include the KC Conformation and Movement Seminar by KC Accredited Trainer - Wendy Hines and will provide an opportunity for those of you who are interested in Judging our breed to take part in handling and understanding the anatomy and structure of a Bearded Collie.

 A3(Judges List)/KC Part 3 Breed Assessment and examination will also be taking place on the day

To be held on Sunday 28th November 2004 at The Canine Academy, Tollerton, Nottingham

In 2005 the Club will be celebrating its 50th birthday. The club intends to celebrate this with a Golden Jubilee Book covering the period 1981 to 2005

Barbara Partridge (the Year Book Editor) is looking for suggestions and material to be included in this Golden Jubilee Book.

2005 might seem a long way of but we really need to start planning the Book soon. It's over to you, it's your club, your book, please dig deep in your archives for those photos, exercise your brain cells for those memorable moments and have a hand in the Clubs celebrations.

Dorothy Holt, the Bearded News Editor, is seeking articles on Family Beardie Walks (safe walks) either in your own locality or places where you have visited on holiday.

Also any stories on Camping/Caravanning holidays, Travelling with Beardies and Passports and working with Beardies in TV, Adverts, Films etc.

At the BCC Open Show in April Pauline Clough won £67 with the winning ticket 109. In Scotland at the Scottish branch show Francis Richards held ticket 12 and went home £69.50 richer. Whilst at the West of England & South Wales Fun Day in June, the lucky winner of £73.50 was Sue Whitham.

It's not too late to join in the Jubilee draw! With the current numbers then each months winners are guaranteed £70! Far better odds than on the lotto.
